1, Can I get a discount if I make a larger order?


Yes, the more pieces you purchase, the higher the discount. For example, if you buy 1000 pieces, you will obtain a 7% discount is given automatically by the system. If you are interested in purchasing more than 3000 pieces, we would be happy to provide you with a quote. Please contact our Sales Department on and provide the following information:
- The product(s) SKU that you are interested in
- The exact order quantity for each product
- Your desired timeframe
- Any special packing instructions, e.g. bulk packing without product boxes
Our Sales Department will reply to you with a quotation. Please note that the larger the order, the more postage you will save. For instance, if your order quantity is 500, the average shipping cost per unit will be much cheaper than if you just buy 1 piece.


2. How do I customize my products


We have thousands of products for your choice, you can search for the products you want from our website, if can't find the product you want, Please contact us and provide us the pictures and sample size, we will be happy to produce for you when you order more than 1000pcs


3. Do you provide an invoice?


Yes. Once we have received an order and payment has been cleared, the invoice will be sent to you via email.


4, What payment methods does we accept?


We offer a quick and easy transaction process online , and accept major credit cards, PAYPAL, and Western Union.

But if your order quantity more than 5000 pcs, these payments will not apply, please contact us for greater discounts and new payment method


5. When will I receive my items after I place an order?

We offer four kinds of transport methods
1, Free Shipping - 5 ~ 15 days (when the amount you purchase more than 300USD)
2, Best Way - 5USD- 5 ~ 11days
3, the standard shipping- 19USD (in most countries) 5 ~ 7 days
4, urgent shipping- pay an additional 10USD- faster than normal shipping 3 ~ 5days

The duration depends on the shipping method and the destination country. Delivery times vary based on the shipping method used. If the package can not be delivered on time due to war, flood, typhoon, storm, earthquake, severe weather conditions, or any other situation which can not be foreseen or avoided, then delivery will be postponed. In the event of such delays, we will work on the issue until there is a positive solution.


6. Can I change my shipping address after my order has been placed?


If you wish to change your shipping address once you have placed your order please email  as soon as possible. If the order has not been despatched we can amend the shipping address. If you have received a despatch confirmation email with parcel tracking information, your goods will already be on their way to the address specified and we may not be able to divert them.


7. Can I track my order?


Yes, when your order is despatched you will receive an email confirmation which will include a postal tracking reference. This can be used for tracking your order.

If you place an order, didn't received a tracking number by the system sent, please don't worry , the system is generally collected all tracking number for this batch order  then centralized send email to the customer, your package will not be delayed


8. What do I do if there's something wrong with my delivery?
